Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you forgot your user name or password, please contact your child's school.
When I try to login the page says: Your user account has been disabled!
Your user account has been disabled by a Campus Administrator. Please contact your child's school to request reactivation.
Please note that an unsuccessful login attempt will also give you information about your browser, IP address and that the attempt has been logged.
This is part of system security to prevent and document unauthorized access attempts.

What information is included in the Portal? What do I use it for?
The Parent Portal is like having a daily progress report from each teacher. This is a secure Web site that you, the parent or guardian, can use to email teachers, check grades, and view attendance.
How do I create a user account so I can use the Parent Portal?
Your child's school can provide you with a Parent Portal activation code and help you set up your Parent Portal account. Since parent portal contains sensitive student data, password and login information cannot be given out over the phone or via email. Therefore, you will need to request this information, in person, from your child’s school.
I tried to login but my account has been disabled. What should I do?
After three unsuccessful login attempts, Infinite Campus disables your account for security purposes. In such cases contact your child's school.
